Daily Maintenance and Care for Chamfering Machines
1. All lubricants in the chamfering machine should be replaced after two months of use. Clean all parts and replace with fresh oil.
2. During operation, check the temperature of the main bearing lubricant; it must not exceed 75°C.
3. Check the linear guides for smooth transmission and abnormal noise.
4. Check the three-phase motors for abnormal current fluctuations and the stability of the three-phase voltage.
5. Check all connecting fasteners for looseness, oil leaks, or water leaks.
6. Check the wear of the chamfering blades and replace or add new ones as needed.
7. Check the wear of the clamps. If cracks or loose clamping are present, replace them immediately.
8. Check the main bearings and replace them if they are severely worn.
